@became aware of the distortions u may make in ur mind which cause u to feel anger such as labelling,negative self talk,magnification n "shoud" statements.instead of labelling ur luved one tell tht person,directly ,wht is bothering u.
@whn ur angry,take a deep breath or count to ten or take a walk.these strategies will help u avoid hurting someone emotionally through harsh words.
@overt criticism generally cuses ppl to get defensive.avoid blaming the other person for ur thoughts n feelings
